Who we are
Qinsay Inc. ("Qinsay", "we", "us") operates qinsay.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. For any privacy question or request, contact info@qinsay.com.
What we collect
- Contact form. Your name, work email, company, job role (optional), message, and whether you asked for product updates. We use this only to respond to you and, if you opted in, to send occasional product updates.
- Analytics, only with your consent. If you choose "Allow analytics", Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages visited, referring site, approximate location, and device and browser type. It is off by default.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider processes IP addresses and requests details to deliver and secure the site.
Please do not send sensitive information (such as health or financial details, passwords, or confidential incident details) through the contact form.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up on a potential engagement.
- To send product updates, only if you opted in. Every update includes a way to unsubscribe.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it, only if you allowed analytics.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies and your choices
The site sets no advertising cookies, and no third-party trackers or fonts load before you make a choice. Google Analytics cookies are set only after you allow them. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a request to keep analytics off. We store your cookie choice in your browser so we don't ask again.

Service providers
We rely on these providers, which process data on our behalf:
- Netlify: Website hosting.
- Web3Forms: Delivers contact form submissions to our inbox by email.
- Sanity: Hosts website text and images. It receives no visitor personal information beyond standard request data.
- Google Analytics: Usage analytics, only after consent, with Google Signals and ad personalization turned off.
- Google Workspace: Business email and file storage where we receive, store, and respond to inquiries.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting relationship, and delete them on request. Analytics data is retained per our Google Analytics retention setting.
Your rights
- You may ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time. We honor these requests regardless of where you live, and we will not discriminate against you for making one.
To make a request, email info@qinsay.com. We will verify the request and respond within the time required by law. You can also change your analytics choice at any time in cookie settings.
Why we process your information
We respond to inquiries because you asked us to, and in our legitimate interest in answering you or preparing a potential engagement. We send product updates and use analytics only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We process technical data in our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working.
Where your information is processed
Qinsay is based in the United States, and our service providers may process your information in the United States and other countries where they operate. By contacting us or using the site, you understand your information may be processed outside your country.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS with strict security headers, and we limit collection to what we need. No method of transmission is fully secure, so please do not send sensitive information through the contact form.
Children
This site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16.
